Spring 2013 Week of Prayer

On Solid Ground ~ Day 2: Unshakeable Faith

Welcome to the second day of  On Solid Ground, our special Homeschool Week of Prayer.  A very special welcome to those of you who are joining us for the first time.  This week is a special time of spiritual encouragement and prayer for homeschool families.     Pastor Joe Reeves has a special message for us today: Unshakeable Faith

The theme song lyrics can be found by following this link.  My Hope is Built on Nothing Less  Please sing along with us!

A special thanks to the Pugh family from the Austin, Texas area for providing our special music today!

Today’s Prayer Focus:   Today we want to pray for our personal walks with Christ.  We want to pray for a strong faith, one that can trust in God in all that He has planned for us in our days.  Pray for strength to make changes from the things that hinder and cause our faith to falter.  Pray for our devotions and our Bible study times as these will help strengthen our faith.  Pray that our eyes look to Jesus and not out into the world.

Pastor Reeves welcomes your thoughts and questions.  He would love to hear from you!  Leave your questions, prayer requests or greetings in the comment form below.  Thanks to all of you who left comments yesterday, it was thrilling to hear from homeschool families all over the world!

  1. Really enjoyed today’s message! My daughter and I watched over breakfast, and other family members caught part of it too. Big “Thank you” to Pastor Joe!

  2. Watching again from North Iowa. I wanted to add a thanks to Yolanda and Jasmine for their special music. I listened to it several times today. Thanks so much! 🙂

  3. Joining in from mid-state Virginia and enjoying the messages very much. Thank you for putting together a homeschool week of prayer. In our 14 years of homeschooling this is a first for us and what a blessing!
